Barback for Emperors of Tampa Open Interviews Thursday 12/12/24
Emperors of Tampa the city s premier gentleman s club is seeking a dedicated Barback to support our highvolume bar operations. If you have experience in fastpaced nightlife environments and want to work alongside a topnotch team we want to meet you!
Position Details:
- Role: Barback
- Start Date: Saturday 12/14/24
- Interview Date: Open interviews on Thursday 12/12/24 anytime after 8 PM
Requirements
- Experience: Previous barback or backofhouse support experience in a highvolume bar nightclub or similar environment.
- Skills:
- Ability to multitask and keep the bar stocked and organized.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Appearance: Must maintain a professional polished look suitable for an upscale club.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.

Position Requirements: Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nightclub, upscale bar, or adult entertainment venue. Polished Appearance: Must present a sophisticated and stylish look suited for a luxury gentleman s club. Service-Oriented: A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the ability to engage with patrons while maintaining a professional demeanor. Availability: Shifts are from 8 PM to 3 AM or 9 PM to 3 AM, with flexible scheduling options for full-time roles. Food and Beverage Knowledge: Comfortable with both standard and high-end drink preparation, plus familiarity with light food service is a plus.
