Support existing businesses and development of new businesses / clients.
Continuously review the market for new business opportunities and activities and generate profitable business prepositions. Identify new services which can be offered in the Uganda market
Focus on the development of Key freight forwarding products: Ocean Freight / Air Freight and LCL. A clear guideline will be provided on which product the candidate needs to focus on based on competency.
Keep track of competitors activities plans and strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly GP sales targets.
Identify develop and improve commercial processes including coordination with internal & external stakeholders
Promote ECU Digital platform to the customers.
Identify and pursue cross selling opportunities.
Through structured approach expand the customer base without losing existing business. Proactively meet existing and new customers. Expected weekly customer sales visits: 18.
Collect outstanding and control DSO.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any business related.
At least 3 years of experience in sales role in the logistics industry.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other CRM tools.
