Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend ERP implementations including requirements gathering system configuration testing training and golive support.
- Participate in kickoff meetings to collect understand and evaluate client s business requirements to the
- suitable ERP solution System
- Prepare and document projects properly to provide detailed specific information on all deliverables in
- coordination with the project manager and other project members.
- Serve as a project team member to execute ERP solutions for clients and ensure the process timeline is
- Ensure errorfree implementation for the assigned projects.
- Perform Enduser training on ERP solutions.
- Support client during Go Live and Installation process.
- Develop excellent client relationships and respond directly to any client s inquiries.
- Handle client s tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arise any time during or after the
- implementation of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
BSc in Industrial Engineering Accounting Logistics Science or any relevant field
- 7 years of experience in Functional ERP/SAP systems implementation
- 10 Project (Full cycle)
- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations.
- Deep knowledge of ERP software and business processes (e.g. Finance Supply Chain HR Manufacturing).
- Strong ability to work independently take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ERP configuration customization and integration.
- Familiarity with industrystandard ERP solutions (e.g. SAP Microsoft Dynamics Zoho Odoo etc.).
