Job Description
- Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawing skills
- Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) skills
- Experience in creating design concepts and developing construction drawings
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
