ambitious National Renewable Energy Program. This initiative aims to achieve a total renewable
energy capacity of 11.4 GW once fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to engineering teams including scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing correspondence. Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation reports and presentations.
Document Control:Well versed in documents maintenance management and archiving. Organized and controlled filing systems with ability to categorize confidential controlled and general documents.
Technical Writing:Prepare technical documentation including reports specifications and manuals ensuring clarity and accuracy.Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
Communication and Coordination:Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams clients and other stakeholders.Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring timelines are met.
Computer Applications Proficiency:Utilize various computer applications including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) for document preparation data analysis and reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic typing.
Filing and Archiving:Organize and control filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and maintain effective document management practices.Implement best practices for document maintenance and archiving ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline suitable experience in secretarial/administrative job & Computer
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in administrative or engineering aide roles with at least two (2) years in high voltage projects.
Previous experience as a document controller preferably in SEC projects.
Trained in the technical writing coordination effective communication skills in English language reporting Power Point presentation preparation and/work processing operation using Personal Computer (PC) and associated application i.e. MS Office etc.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in technical writing and report preparation.
Strong coordination and communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
