Provide plant operations with technical inputs and support, prepare different Heat & Material balance scenarios. Evaluating plant process and evaluate changes proposed to design, taking environmental and economic aspects into account. Working closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is setup to provide maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility. Setting up scale-up and scale-down processes including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration. Evaluating design, installation, and commissioning new projects, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting. Perform process simulations, assessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models. Perform risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, Provide process documentation and operating instructions, Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Optimizing production by analysing processes; troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, propose improved manufacturing processes and applying new technologies.
Role responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering
10 years minimum experience
PP plant experience Novlen technology
LDPE High pressure Technology.

Process Design and Development
Design processes: Develop new processes or modify existing ones to optimize production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
Implement process improvements: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and implement changes that improve performance and throughput.
Select appropriate technology: Choose the right equipment, technology, and methods for the process, ensuring they meet the needs of the operation and industry standards.
Process Optimization and Efficiency
Conduct process analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement, using tools like process flow diagrams, simulations, and root cause analysis.
Implement best practices: Introduce and implement lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Increase production efficiency: Modify workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate unnecessary steps to ensure that production runs as efficiently as possible.
