Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust 24/7 presales process across various time zones and countries.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals.
Recruit train and manage presales team members ensuring skill development and efficiency.
Consistently achieve presales targets and drive revenue growth.
Explore test and implement new tools and initiatives to enhance performance.
Maintain detailed activity records within internal ERP systems.
Participate in ongoing training seminars and events to stay updated.
At least 3 years of PreSales experience with 1 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
No formal degree required.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in building training and managing sales teams.
Strong target management and resource planning abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools.
Willingness to work across multiple countries languages currencies and time zones.
Solid skills in math Excel PPT and understanding of world geographies.
Foreign language proficiency or startup founder/earlystage experience is a plus.
