EMR: Advanced MD
Patient Volume: 15 20 patients per day
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 6 PM (may include occasional evenings or weekends)
Physical Demands: Standing walking and patient lifting
Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) in this role provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a primary care or family medicine clinic. Responsibilities include diagnosing treating and managing acute and chronic health conditions collaborating with the healthcare team and ensuring quality patient care timely documentation and accurate billing for services.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Education: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN PhD DNP).
- Certification: Board certification as FNP or AGPCNP; credentialing at local hospitals.
- Licensure: Valid RN and NP license in the state.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in a primary care or family medicine setting.
Skills:
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in EHR systems.
Working Conditions:
A clinic setting with occasional hospital inpatient rounds.
