SaaS Sales Representative

Job Brief
We are looking for dynamic and motivated SaaS Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role you will drive sales of our SoftwareasaService (SaaS) solutions build strong customer relationships and help clients maximize their value from our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective customers through research outbound calls and networking.
- Demonstrate and present SaaS solutions to potential customers highlighting key benefits and features.
- Understand customer needs and tailor SaaS offerings to address specific pain points.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline managing leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to successfully close deals.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide postsale support ensuring a smooth onboarding process and assisting with any customer issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging SaaS technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex software products and convey value propositions clearly.
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A bachelors degree in business marketing IT or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of cloud computing cybersecurity or other relevant tech areas.
- Multilingual abilities to serve international customers.
