Job Description
Retrieve and compile daily sales reports from each store location.
Compare physical sales records (e.g. cash register tapes lottery reports) with the data recorded in C Store Pro.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical and systemrecorded sales.
Analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and potential errors.
Ensure accurate mapping of products and categories in C Store Pro to prevent reporting discrepancies.
Reconcile lottery sales ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of lottery transactions.
Maintain detailed records of all reconciliation activities and findings.
Prepare and submit daily sales reconciliation reports to management.
Requirements
12 years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on sales reconciliation or accounting.
Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
