- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets in the hotel industry.
- Identify new business opportunities secure corporate accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Lead and manage the sales team ensuring performance goals are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote services and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor market trends prepare sales reports and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
BBA / MBA degree (In the relevant field)
5 years of sales experience ideally in the hospitality/hotel sector.
