Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (2 rotational days off)
About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguesespeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role youll provide topnotch support to customers addressing their questions and concerns in Portuguese and English. A twoweek training program will ensure youre equipped to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email chat and phone in Portuguese and English.
- Offer accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team as needed.
- Record interactions and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (B2) and English (B2) both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
