About the Role
We are seeking a Polishspeaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. The successful candidate will be trained to provide professional and efficient customer support demonstrating excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone in Polish and English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Polish (B2) and English (B2) (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
