Our client a fast growing company operating in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta or Cyprus.
Tasks
- Helping internal and external customers
- Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved
- Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
- Customer research (bonuses deposits transactions betting slips documents bet calculations)
- Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
- Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
- Attending team meetings and activities
- Taking over in the absence of the team leader.
Requirements
- Graduation of high school or postsecondary school
- 1 years of experience in CS or similar position with online exposure
- Skills strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software
- Bilingual or native level of French both written and spoken
- Good level of English
