Job Description
- Plan execute and oversee data quality projects to ensure objectives are met within scope time cost and quality constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and status reports.
- Track and coordinate project tasks across internal and external crossfunctional teams including data quality analysts developers and business stakeholders.
- Identify communicate manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Support documentation continuous improvement and change management associated with data quality management processes.
- Ability to lead medium size complex project(s) multiple small projects at least one of which has medium risk and impact or major subsets of large high risk and impact projects involving multiple staff across functional areas.
- Proven ability to provide regular daytoday planning and organize the work of others ability to multitask and demonstrated high level of written and oral communications skills.
- Experience with providing project management leadership on complex projects and facilitating team involvement in resolving difficult technical issues.
- Proven ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts information plans and procedures to both highly technical personnel and nonIT business users.
- Knowledge of the Project Management process procedures documentation checklists and reporting criteria.
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning project testing and perform risk assessments and their associated risk mitigation actions.
- Ability to design and manage technical projects using quality assurance practices to ensure the project will be implemented on time within budget and with the expected results deliverables and identified benefits within the program/project scope.
- Experience in developing reports and graphical presentations for technical and nontechnical audiences; Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and Project.
- Proven experience as a project manager preferably in data quality or data governance projects.
- Strong knowledge of data governance data management and data quality frameworks methodologies and best practices.
