Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Efficiently perform a variety of administrative tasks such as file management data entry preparing HR documents and maintaining HR records to support the HR departments daily operations.
Recruiting: Assist in the recruitment process by handling calls related to HR inquiries aiding in the screening and scheduling of interviews and providing overall support to recruiting efforts.
Employee Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address basic HRrelated questions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Documentation: Take responsibility for the preparation and distribution of HR documents including employee handbooks policies and compliance forms ensuring that all employees have access to necessary information.
Support HR Projects: Actively contribute to various HR projects initiatives and activities demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
Educational Background: A degree or certification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
Skills and Experience: Candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills strong communication and interpersonal abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Office applications with a strong emphasis on MS Excel and MS Word to efficiently manage data and create documents.
Discretion and Confidentiality: This role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism handling sensitive information with care and integrity.
Team Player: The ideal candidate is someone who works well within a team showing a willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
