Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Data Analysis and Visualization Specialist with a strong understanding of R to work with complex data advanced formulas and databases. The ideal candidate will analyze data create impactful visualizations and leverage modern tools like Azure Containers to deliver efficient solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets using R.
- Design and develop models formulas and algorithms to optimize data management and analysis.
- Create clear and effective data visualizations to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Manage and implement containerized solutions in Azure Containers for data analysis and visualization tasks.
- Maintain and manage databases relevant to assigned projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and transform data into actionable insights.
- Document processes analyses and results in detail.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in data analysis and visualization roles.
- Strong proficiency in R: script development working with specialized libraries and advanced data manipulation.
- Knowledge of databases and the ability to write efficient queries.
- Experience designing and building data visualizations using tools such as ggplot2 plotly or other R packages.
- Familiarity with Azure Containers for deploying and scaling data analysis or visualization solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and transform complex data into clear insights.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to share findings with technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Additional experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP).
- Skills in automating data analysis or visualization processes.
Soft Skills

- Effective collaboration and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
