Job Description

Our client a distinguished retail company specializing in the distribution of luxury drinks and beverages is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by forging strategic partnerships expanding the client base and identifying new business opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and market trends.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Prepared and delivered compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

  • Track and report on business development activities and results.

  • Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media email and the company website.

  • Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials such as brochures advertisements and digital content.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.



Requirements


  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree.

  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or a related field preferably within the luxury retail industry.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development strategies.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.



Good communication and negotiation skills.

Education

B.SC in Business Admin/Finance/Economics or related field
