Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies including SEO social media email marketing and content marketing.
- Write SEOrich blog articles leveraging intermediate knowledge of SEO tools to optimize content and drive organic traffic.
- Take ownership of writing cold emails targeting potential clients and generating salesqualified leads (SQLs).
- Ideate and create engaging social media content for Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn in line with our brand voice and target audience.
- Write compelling copy for advertisements presentations and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the graphics designer to bring visual content to life and enhance the impact of marketing materials.
- Conduct research on competitor analysis lead generation market trends and other relevant topics to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Utilize tools like Zoho and Salesforce for marketing automation lead management and campaign tracking.
- Stay uptodate with digital transformation processes and industry best practices incorporating them into the marketing initiatives as needed.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- At least 34 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in the IT services sector.
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various formats.
- Experience in social media management including content creation and audience engagement.
- Experience running Facebook Google and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Zoho Salesforce and other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of digital transformation processes and their application in marketing initiatives.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data for informed decisionmaking.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

Primary Responsibilities: - New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, generating new leads through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach. - Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct thorough discovery meetings to understand the client s business challenges, operational needs, and objectives. - Solution Customization: Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized technology solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability using platforms like Zoho and Salesforce. - Product Demos and Presentations: Showcase the value of our solutions through compelling product demos and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Close Sales Deals: Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, negotiating contracts and closing deals that align with both client needs and company objectives. - Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking all leads and opportunities in our CRM system to ensure timely follow-up and accurate forecasting. - Client Success: Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and continued client satisfaction post-sale. - Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to better position Basecode s offerings. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Skills and Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in tech sales or business development, ideally with a strong background in IT Services/Solutions, digital transformation, CRM, or ERP solutions. - Strong understanding of Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and forecast revenue.
