This is a remote position.
As a Customer Service Representative you are a key member of the team and represent us as you direct employees and interact with customers. You are responsible for handling service requests employee issues and customers. You will demonstrate our code of values.
You are selfmotivated energetic and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a daytoday basis.
This is a remote job for a United States residence.

- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Schedule estimates
- Return customer calls respond to customer complaints and resolve issues
- Data entry
- Assist with personnel management including hiring and recruiting functions
- Detailoriented with strong data entry skills
