Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or another related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the Product Owner and/or Product Manager role.
- Formal education in Information Technology Business or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
- Developing and executing longterm product strategies that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Influencing and collaborating with senior leadership clients and cross function teams to drive product vision and priorities.
- Leading the entire product lifecycle including postlaunch performance analysis and iteration.
- Guiding agile teams with a deep understanding of agile principles with goal to optimize team performance.
- Utilizing analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive product innovation and growth.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired):
- Experience with building relationships and influencing Csuite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
- Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
- Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
- Leveraging market insights data analytics and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.
