The Assistant Business Manager is a key leadership role that ensures the success of the Solutions Advisors team driving the company s growth through strategic leadership and handson contribution.
The Assistant Business Manager oversees a team of Solutions Advisors focusing on achieving team sales targets while ensuring individual and collective success. The ABM plays a dual role: providing leadership training and guidance to the team while personally contributing to sales by onboarding clients weekly.
This position is ideal for resultsoriented professionals with strong leadership experience and a proven sales track record.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally onboard 12 26 new clients weekly setting the standard for team performance.
- Foster a positive and highenergy work environment to keep the team motivated and goaloriented.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets.
- Track team and individual performance metrics providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Provide regular training sessions and oneonone coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices sharing insights with the team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and challenges.
- Provide detailed weekly reports to the Business Manager on team performance challenges and achievements.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent MH Besium at networking events trade shows and local activities to promote services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years managing or leading a sales team with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
- Proven ability to personally achieve high client acquisition numbers with experience onboarding clients.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding abilities with both team members and clients.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Comfortable using CRM tools sales tracking software and data analysis tools.
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment with a resultsdriven mindset.

Proactively engage with local business owners via in-person visits, calls, or digital outreach to introduce MH Besium s services. Clearly explain the benefits of our bookkeeping and payroll solutions, tailoring your approach to address the unique needs of each client. Successfully onboard a minimum of 48 new clients per week by guiding them through the registration and setup process. Ensure clients have a seamless experience during onboarding, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility. Act as a resource for small business owners, positioning MH Besium as a valued partner in their success. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, onboardings, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
