Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Manage and optimize sales processes including lead generation qualification and conversion
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and tools to support accurate sales projections
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role (Must)
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team (Must)
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM)
- Ability to prioritize plan and organize
- Passion for sales and operational development
