Understanding Amgens HR policies procedures and process for endtoend talent lifecycle management
Identifying Amgens vendor partners for leadership development learning delivery content & knowledge management.
Identifying Amgens vendor partners for base and incentive management pay cycle administration.
Talent development: working with Amgens identified vendor partners for leadership development learning delivery content & knowledge management.
Amgens HR business partner: Organization and position management leave data administration employee relation admin employee data and exit management employee engagement.
Goal setting and performance management ongoing reporting and governance.
