Job Description
1. Creation of Purchase Order in Oracle
2. Floating of RFQs to Contractors and Vendors
3. Preparation of Terms and Conditions for Purchase Order
4. Preparation of Tender Documents
5. Preparation of Cost Estimation and Control Budget for Entire Balance of Plant.
6. Coordination with Internal Department for Technical Details
7. Price Negotiation with Contractor and Vendor
8. Materials Coordination and frequent Discussion with Site Project Team for upcoming Requirements
9. Develop and Implement procurement strategies to support project needs and company goals.
10. Monthly Site Visit to Project Site
11. Supplier Factory Visit
12. Vendor Development for various materials related to BOP work.
13. DaytoDay Market Analysis and Tracking of Raw Materials cost
14. Ensure Compliance with legal and regulatory requirement in all procurement activities
SKILLS:
1. Proficiency in Oracle
2. Strong Negotiation Skills
3. Supplier Relationship management
4. Renewable Energy technology especially Wind Energy
5. Problem Solving Abilities work independently and as a part of team
