Compile RFP & RFI responses with supporting documentation
Calculate Freight Delivery & Installation charges together with SFT Forwarder &
customers
Review own/peer quotes & drawings QAS
14 Submit and review solution drawings & quotation with customers

16 Provide technical drawings to the visualization team
17 Advise the visualization team on product solution and application
B Administrative Support
1 Update daily metrics and project management system ( AGIO/Daily Bucket/Google

Education/Experience
Minimum Degree/Diploma in Industrial / Product Design / Interior Design or equivalent
3 5 years working experience preferably in office furniture industry or interior design
Work Environment (Expected working conditions physical effort required & approximate amount of travel.)
Primarily office environment. Flexible working hours required to accommodate foreign time zones and
customer deadlines. Requires minimum travel to foreign and domestic markets assisting on major projects in
the field.
