Key Responsibilities:
As Executive Chef you will be the creative force behind our kitchen. Your role will include:
- Developing and executing an innovative seasonal menu that showcases culinary excellence.
- Leading the preopening phase including kitchen setup supplier selection and menu testing.
- Recruiting training and mentoring a talented kitchen brigade.
- Collaborating with the team to design bespoke menus for a variety of events.
- Managing food costs procurement and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality presentation and consistency.
- Ensuring full compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Staying ahead of culinary trends to keep the offering fresh and dynamic.
- Representing the restaurant at industry events and media opportunities as needed
Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a highprofile luxury restaurant or venue.
- A strong background in menu development and managing a multifacetted venue.
- Experience in launching new concepts including preopening planning and execution.
- Outstanding leadership and teambuilding skills to inspire and motivate your kitchen staff.
- A keen understanding of managing costs and driving profitability without compromising quality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for using the finest ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.
- Experience working with events catering is a significant advantage.
