You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPortico are currently recruiting for a brand new role as a Guest Services Manager who will coach and oversee our small team who look after the front of house operations located at our two sites West London
We are looking for a candidate who wants to leave their mark on the operation setting new standards in terms of customer service and client satisfaction. The Guest Services Manager will work with the team to develop close relationships with all occupiers and the tenants across both buildings ensuring that the highest level of client care and personal service is consistently provided.
This role is highly visible and the Guest Services Manager will be a recognisable face throughout both buildings and with everyone involved in the operations. They will be experienced and comfortable with proposing and implementing change ensuring that the status quo is questioned when improvements can be made to the service.
Hours: 40hrs a week shifts from 8am6pm from MonFri.
Salary: 37000 per annum
Qualifications :
People management experience is essential and the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working at a supervisory or management level within a high end customer service role ideally within a corporate reception environment.
They will be highly motivated and well presented with a natural and authentic flair for building rapport.
Excellent allround communication and organisational skills are also essential as well a as a strong passion for delivering fivestar customer service.
The successful candidate will thrive in a busy and fast paced working environment where teamwork is paramount to the success of the operation.
