Key Responsibilities

  •    Sales Leadership: Lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  •    Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust sales strategy bookings and expand our market presence.
  •    Engage new business opportunities forging longterm relationships with key stakeholders.
  •    Partnerships: Collaborate with event planners corporates and agencies to secure repeat and highvalue business.
  •    DataDriven Insights: Monitor sales performance analyse trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  •    Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role youll need:

         Proven experience in sales leadership ideally within the events venue or hospitality sectors.

         A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

         Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

         Strong understanding of market trends in the events and venue industry.

         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

         A strategic mindset with a handson approach to execution.
