Job Description
- Administering Legal and Training documentation support the Operations manager in overseeing several sites within Amazon contract.
- Quality Control monitor administration and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Logistics Management coordinate administration . Oversee the flow of legal documentation and payroll controls across several sites.
- Customer Service foster positive relationships with clients and guests addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience commensurate with role with strong computer skills.
- Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
- You draw satisfaction from admin training and supporting a team
- Understanding of delegation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solutionoriented perspective
- Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
