$2677 per week
13 weeks
Start Date Dec 23 2024
Unit has 11 procedure rooms (5 cath 4 EP 2 hybrid OR)
Patient to staff ratio is 1:3
Staff includes Cath/EP Techs and Cath/EP RNs
Equipment used include GE and Philips xray systems Volcano IVUS/FFR Merge Hemo
Documentation systems used are Merge Hemo and Meditech
Scheduling requires 4 x 10 hour shifts from 6:30 am to 5 pm
Floating policy only includes float to prep and recovery
Minimum of 2 years of patient experience is required
Certifications required for Techs are RCIS RCES OR RT(R) ACLS BLS for RNs its RN license ACLS BLS
Skill set required includes ability to scrub and monitor cath lab and/or EP procedures for Techs and monitor and circulate cath lab and/or EP Procedures for RNs
Advanced skills needed include BLS and ACLS Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience
Procedures performed on unit include diagnostic PCI Rotoblator Laser atherectomies ECMO TAVR MitraClips Watchman IVUS FFR complex PCI CTO Shockwave Pernumbra EP studies pacemakers ICD ablations micra pacemakers loop recorders lead extractions
Dress code requires scrubs
The unit is part of one of the top Cardiac programs in Tennessee a growing program offering all cardiac modalities except transplant. HCA voted Most Ethical Corporation by Ethisphere.
