Job Description
Position Title: Director of Human Resources
Compensation: Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview process)
Duration: FullTime
Location: Onsite Arkansas
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a collaborative and employeefocused work environment. This seniorlevel role involves overseeing talent management employee relations and compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in human resources a commitment to creating a supportive workplace culture and a strategic approach to driving organizational success.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors in Business Administration Human Resource Management Public Administration or a related field.
- A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience Level:
- Extensive knowledge of employee relations HR management principles and regulatory compliance.
- 612 years of experience
- Proven track record in talent acquisition training and employee engagement.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Experience managing budgets and preparing detailed HR reports.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR).
- Experience designing and managing employee training and development programs.
