Diploma from a CAPTEapproved Physical Therapy program

Active or inprocess Physical Therapy State License

At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist

This role is 85% clinical and 15% nonclinical:
Clinical Responsibilities:

Deliver impactful and inclusive physical therapy treatments to the local community

Develop and implement personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses

Utilize cuttingedge software to objectively measure patient outcomes
-
Accurately document evaluations treatments reevaluations and discharge notes

Actively engage in professional growth through affiliations workshops conferences and community events
Managerial Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the clinic

Manage financial administrative and personnel aspects of the clinic
-
Lead and mentor team members to ensure the clinics success and maintain a positive work environment
