Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Specialist to work for our client who is a wellknown leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee and coordinate procurement efforts prepare review and maintain documentation assist internal working team with contract negotiations monitor procurement activity process through purchase order receipt material tracking and receipt data collection
Requirements:
- A. High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite strong critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks active listening strong oral & written communication adaptability
Desired Skills:
- Utility experience a plus
