Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Integration Architect

Responsibilities:
- Integration Development and Management: Design develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Ensure data consistency reliability and accessibility.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the integration team. Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- API Management: Develop and manage APIs web services and other integration points to facilitate data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to support integration requirements. Implement scripts workflows and automation rules as needed.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing of integrations to ensure functionality performance and security. Identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes configurations and operational procedures. Ensure that documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations. Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as required.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all integrations comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to safeguard sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to ServiceNow and system integrations. Propose and implement improvements to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow integrations. Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow including knowledge of its APIs scripting languages (JavaScript) web services (REST/SOAP) JSON Graphical based scripting Integration with authentication/authorization interfaces/apps and other integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management/agile methodologies and tools. Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
