ABOUT THE FIRM
This firm specializes in managing complex litigation including commercial and general liability catastrophic personal injury (premises and auto) risk management and contractual disputes. The firm represents both private and public entities such as trucking companies and joint power authorities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role offers the opportunity to handle cases from inception through trial working in both state and federal courts. The position also provides mentorship autonomy in case management and earlier partnership opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage cases from inception through trial including all phases of discovery.
- Handle litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
- Engage in secondchair trial work and actively contribute to trial preparations.
- Address catastrophic injury cases with a detailoriented and clientfocused approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 17 years of litigation experience with exposure to catastrophic injury cases.
- Previous trial experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to manage cases independently and drive them forward effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative teamoriented environment.
