Job Description
Job Title: Attorney
Location: Buffalo NY
Salary: As per Exp.
Job Type: FullTime
3 7 years of relevant experience with trademark and copyright matters.
Responsibilities:- Manage trademark and copyrightrelated activities across multiple business segments including searches risk assessments prosecution maintenance enforcement and litigation.
- Advise on trademark portfolio management covering both domestic and international trademarks.
- Provide legal guidance on complex trademark and copyright issues ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
- Navigate the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) processes efficiently to secure registrations for clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and legal departments to align intellectual property strategies with business goals.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Proven experience handling trademark and copyright matters including prosecution enforcement and litigation.
- Strong analytical research and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.
