Job Title: IAM Analyst Mid Leve;
Location: Bengaluru or Hyderabad Onsite Hybrid (EMEA Timezone) (2 pm to 11 pm or 3PM to 12 pmor 4PM to 1 pm)
Experience: 710Years
Pay/Salary 30 to 40 LPA
What Youll Do:
- Operate and support the companys SSO MFA and Directory Services administration platform.
- Collaborate with application teams vendors business stakeholders and product managers to deliver robust SSO solutions.
- Manage and support MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) implementations.
- Analyze and solve complex IAM issues by gathering and interpreting relevant information from various sources.
- Provide technical support for critical IAM services and ensure swift resolution of problems.
- Create and review knowledge articles to help IAM partners integrate effectively with IAM solutions.
- Engage with internal teams to understand their IAM requirements and deliver standardized IAM solutions.
- Ensure a customercentric approach by prioritizing user experience and security.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- 5 years of experience as an administrator for SSO products (e.g. Okta OneLogin).
- 5 years of enterpriselevel experience supporting Directory Services (e.g. Active Directory Azure AD).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate technical solutions to internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Familiarity with Agile processes including Kanban and Scrum.
- Awareness of Security Control frameworks and regulations (e.g. NIST HIPAA PCI DSS SOX SOC).
- Experience with SQL and database management.
