Job Description
Job Title: UI/UX Product Lead(US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:- Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of UI/UX designers to produce worldclass designs.
- Advocate for usercentered design principles across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into usercentric designs.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes prototypes and final design assets for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual language across all products.
- Conduct or oversee user research including interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on research findings and user feedback.
- Act as a bridge between design development and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Manage project timelines and ensure ontime delivery of design assets.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends tools and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend enhancements to the user experience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design and user experience strategy.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with analytics tools to track and measure user behavior.
- Certification in UX or Design Thinking methodologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
