Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Andheri (East) Mumbai
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 3 years of experience in real estate.
The role involves conducting market research developing financial models evaluating property data for due diligence and analyzing portfolio performance. The candidate will provide actionable insights to support investment decisions and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Strong financial acumen analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
o Conduct indepth market research to identify trends assess property values and evaluate economic conditions.
o Provide insights to support real estate investment and development decisions.
2. Financial Modeling
o Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate projects.
o Perform cash flow projections ROI analyses and other financial evaluations to ensure project viability.
3. Due Diligence
o Evaluate property data legal documents and financial records during due diligence processes.
o Assess investment risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential challenges.
4. Portfolio Analysis
o Monitor and analyze the performance of the real estate portfolio.
o Generate reports to assist in asset management and strategic investment planning.
5. Presentation & Reporting
o Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on market trends financial performance and property analysis.
o Present insights to senior management investors and stakeholders to drive informed decisionmaking.
