Job Overview:
The Strategy Manager will lead strategic planning initiatives guide market research and provide recommendations to optimize business operations and achieve growth. This role requires strong analytical capabilities experience in strategic management and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to develop and execute highimpact strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the development of strategic plans that align with company goals including identifying key objectives evaluating market conditions and setting performance targets.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct and oversee comprehensive market and competitive research to identify new growth opportunities industry trends and market dynamics.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with departments such as product finance marketing and operations to implement and monitor strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic projects creating dashboards and regular reports to communicate results to senior management.
- Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new initiatives including financial analysis forecasting and risk assessments to support decisionmaking.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage strategic projects from inception to completion ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in strategy consulting business analysis or a related field with proven success in managing complex projects and teams.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in creating detailed presentations and reports for executivelevel audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
