Job Overview:
The Strategy Executive will support the strategic direction of the company by conducting indepth research analyzing market data and working with crossfunctional teams to drive key business initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills a strategic mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects working closely with team members to ensure goals are met.
- Data Analysis: Gather analyze and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations that summarize research findings and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across departments (e.g. marketing finance product) to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives using KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in strategy business analysis consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools (e.g. Power BI SQL Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with experience preparing presentations and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
