Ecommerce Executive:

About the job:
The Ecommerce executive assists in managing sales of company’s products on online channels like company’s own website marketplaces & online multibrand retailers like amazon flipkart etc. The job requires a sound understanding of online commerce. The EE handles a large amount of data on a day to day basis so knowledge of Ms Excel & good communication skill is a must.
Responsibilities:
Payment Management & Reconciliation

Take responsibility for uploading and maintaining accurate payment data across marketplaces and the website using tools like OMSGuru.

Monitor payment statuses follow up with marketplaces to ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve discrepancies.

Work with the accounts team to reconcile payments refunds and related financial issues.
Marketplace Operations Support
-
Assist in managing product listings across platforms like Amazon Flipkart and Myntra ensuring accurate titles descriptions images and pricing.

Support daily operations including order processing stock updates and compliance with marketplace guidelines.

Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Website Operations Support

Help manage product listings inventory updates and promotional banners on the company’s website.

Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and ensure smooth integration of promotional content across platforms.
Customer Service & Feedback Management
-
Assist in addressing customer inquiries returns and feedback in coordination with the customer care team.

Help implement strategies to improve reviews and ratings enhancing brand trust on all platforms.
Inventory Management

Regularly update inventory data to reflect actual stock levels.

Assist in forecasting demand and collaborating with sourcing teams to avoid stockouts of key products.
Advertisement & Reporting

Support marketplace ad campaigns by tracking performance and assisting with optimization strategies.

Generate reports on sales inventory and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the Ecommerce Incharge.
Account Manager Coordination

Assist in maintaining relationships with marketplace account managers to support sales growth and improve operational efficiencies.

Help in executing promotional deals and leveraging brand visibility opportunities with account managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Experience & knowledge of marketplace listing. Eg: Flipkart Amazon etc

Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience of working on online websites operations for min 1 year
-
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience of managing product sales & operations on international marketplace sale like amazon.com amazon.co.uk etc

Certified amazon expert.

Experience of liasoning with marketplace account managers.

Photoshoot cataloguing coordination.
-
Marketplace accounting and reconciliation.
-
Knowledge of tally.
-
Experience of customer care.
-
Proficient in written & spoken English.
