Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a key player in delivering outstanding customer service across multiple channels including inbound calls live chat email and social media. The Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customers in need of assistance.

Requirements:

  • Romanian (C1 level written and spoken).
  • English (B2 level written and spoken).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary: 3100 BGN gross with additional pay for hours worked after 10 PM.
  • Fulltime employment.
  • Training: 2 weeks.
  • Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary.
  • Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN.
  • Medical plan: health and dental care.
