Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 20:00 (Onsite)
Are you passionate about maintaining quality and accuracy in digital content while ensuring a safe and userfriendly experience We are seeking a detailoriented bilingual **German and English** speaker to join our team as a **Content Moderator** for a leading kitchen appliance manufacturer in **Athens Greece**.

Your Role:
- Content Moderation: Review analyze and moderate usergenerated content ensuring it meets our companys guidelines and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure content is accurate safe and appropriate for all audiences removing any harmful or inappropriate content when necessary.
- Brand Representation: Maintain the integrity and reputation of the brand by ensuring content aligns with the companys values and policies.
- Multilingual Communication: Assist users in both German and English by reviewing content handling inquiries and providing support where needed.
- Reporting & Feedback: Work closely with internal teams to report trends issues or areas of improvement based on your findings.
What Were Looking For:
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience: Previous content moderation customer service or quality assurance experience is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content thoroughly.
- TechSavvy: Comfort with using moderation tools and software as well as general technology.
- Problem Solving: Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues quickly.
- Positive Attitude: Strong communication skills eagerness to learn and a solutionsoriented mindset.
Relocation Package (For Candidates Relocating to Athens):
- Flight: Flight to Athens will be provided.
- Airport Pickup: Taxi service arranged for pickup from the airport.
- Accommodation: Airbnb for 4 weeks to help you settle in.
