Job Overview:
As a Recruiter/Headhunter you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and placing top talent across various industries using our CRM system. You will leverage the full potential of our CRM platform to manage candidate pipelines track interactions and streamline the recruitment process. This role requires a combination of proactive talent sourcing relationship management and excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect top candidates with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Must be fluent in American English with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing. Proven ability to effectively negotiate with clients overcome objections and secure highquality appointments with a professional customercentric approach.
- Talent Sourcing via CRM: Use the CRM to identify track and manage potential candidates for open positions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline by utilizing the systems advanced search tagging and tracking features to source top talent efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their specific hiring needs company culture and organizational goals. Ensure candidates are wellmatched to these requirements.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Leverage CRM tools to screen evaluate and interview candidates ensuring their skills and experience align with client needs.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage the offer process using CRM data to track candidate preferences and expectations facilitating negotiations to ensure both parties are satisfied with the offer terms.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM ensuring a smooth and organized process from sourcing through placement. Track candidate progress and move them through the recruitment stages efficiently.
- Job Postings & Advertising: Create job descriptions and post vacancies using the CRMs integration with job boards and social media channels to attract top candidates.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on industry trends salary benchmarks and market conditions to provide both clients and candidates with valuable insights.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use CRM analytics tools to generate reports on sourcing effectiveness candidate status and other key recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles role requirements and timelines. Share CRM insights to align recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong ongoing relationships with candidates using CRM communication tools ensuring they remain engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting ideally with experience in using a CRM system for talent sourcing and management.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate offers effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Bullhorn HubSpot) for sourcing tracking and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing Expertise: Experience leveraging CRM systems to source candidates efficiently utilizing advanced search features filters and data management tools.
- DetailOriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate profiles simultaneously within a CRM system.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with the ability to engage both passive and active candidates and build longterm relationships.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using and navigating multiple recruitment tools and technologies including job boards social media platforms and CRM software.
- GoalOriented: Selfmotivated and driven to meet recruitment targets with the ability to track and measure performance against goals using CRM data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with executive search or recruiting for niche industries.
- A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Recruiting certification (e.g. AIRS NAPS or similar) is a plus.
