Insurance Manager (Web Services) Hybrid
Location: Leiria Portugal
Language: French (Native or C2) & English (B2)
Position: Fulltime
Description
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our team in Leiria. This role is for professionals with a background in web services and insurance management. As an Insurance Manager you will oversee the implementation and management of insurance services within our web platform. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and superior customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated and dedicated professional with prior experience in insurance management we want to hear from you!
Purpose of the Role
As an Insurance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of insurance services assisting clients with their queries and managing insurance products within the web environment. Your role will involve managing a team liaising with clients and optimizing insurance services in a fastpaced everevolving sector.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with advanced (B2) English communication skills.
- Experience:
- Prior experience (minimum 23 years) in insurance management preferably within web services or a similar technologydriven environment.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and web services integration.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and resolving complex issues.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fastchanging environment and work under pressure.
Work Schedule
- Work Model: Hybrid based in Leiria.
- Work Hours: Fulltime (39 hours per week Monday to Friday).
