Job Description

Urgent Job Opening Administration/Facility Management in a Renowned Consumable Downhole Product Mfg Co Faridabad Location.

Designation Admin Assistant

Department HR Admin

Location Faridabad

Experience 5 10 Yrs

Qualification Bachelors degree in administration or equivalent degree MSW is preferred.

Job Description

Administration:

  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments coordinating meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports presentations and documents as required by the management team.
  • Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.

Facility Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify areas for improvement in the workplace.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance repairs and renovations of the office premises.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing office equipment and assets.

House Keeping:

  • Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space including common areas meeting rooms and workstations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for janitorial and cleaning services.
  • Regularly inspect the premises to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues.

Security:

  • Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor access control systems and maintain accurate records of employee and visitor access.
  • Assist in conducting routine security checks and drills to ensure staff awareness.
  • Act as a point of contact for securityrelated concerns and incidents.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Assist in disseminating relevant information to staff regarding administrative facility housekeeping and security matters.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with external vendors and service providers.
