Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketplace logistics operations including order fulfillment lastmile delivery and vendor Management.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners courier teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery time RTO rates order accuracy and develop strategies to improve them.
- Resolve operational challenges related to delivery delays customer escalations and vendor performance.
- Partner with courier services to optimize delivery routes SLAs and cost efficiencies.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights generate operational reports and present recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in logistics operations.
