Job Summary:
As an L2 Production Support Engineer you will play a vital role in ensuring the stability performance and reliability of production systems. Your work will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues performing root cause analysis and providing timely solutions to incidents in realtime production environments. Youll be responsible for working with .NET C# and SQL queries to diagnose problems implement fixes and optimize system performance. Additionally you will monitor system health collaborate with development teams for continuous improvements and ensure smooth system operations with minimal downtime.
